Shipping & Warehousing Personnel
No experience is necessary for these positions. We will train. Higher compensation is available for employees with prior experience. Starting wages (no prior experience needed) of $8 per hour coupled with up to 16 hours per week of optional, voluntary overtime currently available, equates to almost $27,000 per year gross annual income.

Balon is a third generation, family owned company that has been located in OKC for over 40 years. We are completing a 125,000 square foot expansion to our current 265,000 square foot, modern, climate‑controlled, valve manufacturing plant and have immediate openings in numerous areas of our operations. We are committed to meeting the worldwide demand for our products from our Oklahoma City plant.
We operate a single shift Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Optional, voluntary overtime of up to 16 hours per week is available to all employees. We also offer an excellent benefit package to all Balon employees that includes:
