Qualified candidates for the position of CNC Diagnostic/Repair Technician will have experience doing the following work.
Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machine tool equipment and controls.
Troubleshoot hydraulics, electronics, and software, electrical, pneumatic and mechanical systems.
Use machine tool manuals, technical documents, and internal and vendor resources to research machine issues
This position offers opportunities to gain training and experience in other machine maintenance and repair, metal fabrication, and related activities. Balon’s maintenance group has a team approach and cross-training is encouraged.
Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment. Work involves frequent lifting of materials up to 50 pounds. Machinery and tool operation requires the use of safety equipment including but not limited to safety eyeglasses and hearing protection.
