HVAC Technician
Balon is an Oklahoma based company engaged in the design and manufacture of valve products for the oil and gas industry since 1965. We run a single day-time shift and offer competitive pay and an excellent benefits package.
Qualified candidates for the position of HVAC Technician will have at least 2 years of experience maintaining, repairing, or installing HVAC systems. EPA universal certification is required. Journeyman or contractor’s license is a plus. Primary duties include: • HVAC equipment repairs and replacements • Routine preventative maintenance on HVAC systems and components • Preventative maintenance and repairs/replacement of other (non-HVAC) manufacturing equipment • Routine maintenance, installation and repairs/replacement of building equipment and systems• This position offers opportunities for training in machine maintenance and repair, metal fabrication, and related activities. Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment. Work involves frequent lifting of materials up to 50 pounds. Machinery and tool operation requires the use of safety equipment including but not limited to safety eyeglasses and hearing protection.
